Legal information

Terms of Service

Draft for website development — these terms should be reviewed and finalized before public launch.

1. Website use

At Your Property provides property and business listing information and related search functionality. Visitors should use the website lawfully and responsibly.

2. Listing information

Property information may be supplied by owners, agents or other sources. Visitors should verify important information, availability, pricing and legal status before entering into a transaction.

3. No guarantee of availability

A listing displayed on the website does not by itself guarantee that a property remains available or that all displayed information is current.

4. Intellectual property

Website design, text, branding, software and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated.

5. Changes

The website and these terms may be updated as the platform develops. The final terms should state the applicable governing law and dispute process.

6. Accommodation complaints and the first 24 hours

For accommodation bookings, a guest who identifies a defect, material problem, or material discrepancy between the accommodation and its booking description should notify management by email within 24 hours after the actual check-in time. A complaint received within this period is reviewed and, where appropriate, clarified with the owner or landlord. The owner payout may be placed on hold while the matter is reviewed.

If the accommodation is determined to materially differ from the description, photographs, stated amenities, or other booking information, a refund may be considered according to the applicable booking terms. Where a refund is approved, the refund amount is calculated in accordance with those terms and may be reduced by the applicable platform/service commission where legally and contractually permitted.

If no such complaint is received within the first 24 hours after check-in, ordinary accommodation-condition complaints raised after that period are handled directly between the guest and the owner or landlord. This 24-hour rule does not exclude urgent safety or emergency reports, which should be made immediately to the appropriate party or emergency service.

7. Contact

Questions about these terms can be submitted through the Contact page.
